How can I make changes to my registration?
Log in to your student Web account and select "Make changes to your registration" or call ACT Registration at 319/337-1270 no later than the late registration deadline for your preferred test date.
When you call, have this information available:
- your admission ticket
- your preferred test center
- your preferred test option
- your preferred test date
- a valid credit card number with expiration date
Test Center Change for the Same Test Date
If there is a seat and materials available for your test option at your preferred test center on your preferred test date, you will be assigned there and charged a Test Center Change fee of $20.00.

Test Date Change (only if absent on original date)
If there is a seat and materials available for your test option at your preferred test center on your new test date, you will be assigned there and charged a Test Date Change fee of $20.00 (plus a $21.00 late fee if you call after the regular registration deadline for your preferred test date).
Other Registration Changes (college choices, address, etc.)
Read your admission ticket carefully. If you need to make any informational changes (such as your mailing address), log in to your student Web account and select "Make changes to your registration," or call 319/337-1270.
Your assigned test center, test date, and test option are listed on the left side of the admission ticket. If an asterisk (*) appears next to the test center code on your admission ticket, none of your original choices were available. When this happens, ACT assigns you to the nearest test center, based on your original choices, with a seat and materials available for your test option.
